Join us for a confidential and heart‑opening evening designed to foster a deeper understanding of ourselves and then, as a result, between men and women. We’ll use a “fishbowl” format (an inner circle and an outer circle) to encourage honest sharing and mindful listening with grounded presence. The men will begin in the inner circle, exploring questions submitted anonymously by the women’s group while the women observe non-judgmentally; then we switch so the women can speak on prompts offered by the men.

Throughout the evening, we’ll cultivate a safe, non‑judgmental atmosphere where curiosity and respect are welcomed. To ensure everyone leaves feeling grounded rather than triggered, we’ll integrate simple grounding practices between each round of discussion and at the close of the event. These practices will help participants process what they’ve heard, center themselves, and carry newfound insights with ease.

This is a facilitated community dialogue for people interested in deeper listening, honest reflection, and grounded conversation between men and women.

This is not a debate, not a dating event, and not a therapy group — but a structured, respectful conversation designed to increase understanding through presence and listening.

Come with your questions, your openness, and a willingness to bridge gaps. By listening deeply and sharing authentically, we can build stronger connections and find common ground.
