Watch the webcasts of Francis Lucille, and ask live your questions on non-duality, happiness, meditation, etc...
Francis, a long time friend and student of Jean Klein, is a spiritual teacher of the Advaita Vedanta tradition. His teaching is not "Neo Advaita" but traditional Advaita, which means that the experience of our true nature has been transmitted from generation to generation by a lineage of sages.
Francis' master, Jean Klein, met his guru in India in the early Fifties and stayed and studied with him for several years. He later studied the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism with Dibianandapuri and of Hatha Yoga with the famous teacher Krishnamacharya. Jean Klein was an Acharya, meaning a guru who, having realized the common ground of all spiritual teachings, can teach according to many traditions with equal ease. He loved the humor of the Zen patriarchs, the poetry of Rumi and of the Sufi tradition, and the sweetness of Meister Eckhart's Christian expression of the Absolute. His teachings reflected his love for art and music, addressing the needs of a demanding intellect while focusing to a large extent on the perceptual and sensorial aspect of our experience.
Francis' teachings reflect those of his guru: appreciation for humor, art, music, and poetry, intellectual rigor with a "personal" twist due to his training in Mathematics and Physics, emphasis on the body and its feelings. There are meditation and yoga sessions inspired by the Tantric and Hatha Yoga traditions in addition to the traditional Advaitic dialogues. Music concerts, often featuring Francis as a performer, are also included in the program of the retreats.
Click on the link "Pages" above for more infos on Francis Lucille and videos.
You may register here for the webinars and webcasts and for the retreats with Francis. We are making sure Truth lovers with financial hardship can have access to the teachings by offering them scholarships (free spots). Donations are of course welcome and necessary to cover the expenses.
There are also 8 week long retreats every year at Laura and Francis' home in Temecula, California, and retreats in Tampa (Florida), Orlando (Florida), Paris (France), Barcelona (Spain), Munich (Germany) and at the Omega Center (upstate New-York).
ADVAITA is an eclectic group of friends interested in meditation, yoga, enlightenment, self realization, non duality teachings (Advaita Vedanta, Zen Buddhism, Sufism, Taoism).
Diverse age groups and professions are represented: artists, musicians, mathematicians, physicists, engineers, physicians, dentists, yoga teachers, therapists, business owners, home makers, retirees, students etc.
Week-end Meetings: This is not the Meetup group for the Temecula week-end meetings, only for the online webcasts and for the retreats. For a schedule of week-end meetings you would like to attend in person instead of online, become a member of the ADVAITA Temecula local Meetup group:

We live in a beautiful area with many opportunities for recreation available. LG is not designed as a dating site; there are plenty of Meetups for that. This is intended to meetup in a no pressure environment for camaraderie for people over 50. Therefore, discussing politics is not appropriate. If you are not going to show, please cancel so we don’t wait. No shows will result in member being dropped. Also, should you have problems with a vendor or site we are visiting, please tell me and I will address it. I don't want our meetup to be unwelcome because of a disgruntled member. What I definitely want to do is Let's Go and have fun!
Christian Singles on the Move
We are out and about active Christian Singles who crave social activity outside the church walls. Way out. Most activities are outdoors and of minor to moderate physically challenging. This IS NOT a dating or hookup site!! We hold fast to the Morality of the true Christian Faith and have a ton of fun doing it! Christ came to give us life and life abundantly and we are out and about taking Him up on it. We do cross pollinate with other Meetup groups and it is not a requirement to be a born-again Christian to romp about with us, but we do expect you to fully respect our views, our values and our intentions. In return, we will welcome you, laugh with you and make great memories doing SoCal life!
Love on a Leash - North San Diego County Chapter
Love on a Leash - North San Diego County Chapter is dedicated to communicating to all of our certified pet therapy teams in North County and Coastal communities. This site is dedicated to assisting our certified members in finding visit locations and communicating any upcoming events.
Love on a Leash is all about our certified teams who volunteer their time. We visit hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, libraries, schools, and hospice visits along with our pets, bringing smiles and joy to those in need. For many, this visit is the highlight of their week, and for many seniors, we are their only visitors. We try to make each visit a special one. Our pets seem to make them feel the love they need. The touch of their fur and a look in their eyes makes them feel better! It's a great feeling to know we made a difference!

Mission Viejo, CA
While this group is primarily focused on hiking, we also enjoy other forms of outdoor fun such as canoeing, biking, kayaking, camping and backpacking.... and a variety of special events including concerts, beach parties, museum, garden, art and holiday walks.
Our success is based in part on our ability to increase the fun factor of outdoor events, often including a social activity such as picnics that include food and beverage. Our organizers also design conditioning hikes that are intended to enhance aerobic fitness and endurance. Our group has peaked virtually all the major mountains in Southern California, including Mt. Whitney. We strive to offer the most fun and scenic outdoor activities available to residents of Orange County.... events that are both in and out of area.
Our group is diverse, including young/middle/senior ages, singles and couples, and a mix of people with differing racial/ethnic/cultural/religious/political backgrounds. The unity of the Sunset Hikes Meetup centers on our shared love of fun, outdoor activities.

Menifee Mom's Group
Welcome to Menifee Mom's Group! We are looking to have fun and create meaningful friendships for ourselves & our kids. Our moms are warm, friendly, and fun.We are a group of ladies that enjoy getting out of the house to let the kids (newborn to 4) play and make friends while we enjoy some adult conversations and make some lasting friendships.
Events include park & in home play dates, story times, craft days, potlucks, holiday parties, outdoor activities, a variety of well-deserved moms nights out, field trips and so much more. As a member you can even schedule meetups of your own on our calendar. We seek friendly & warm moms and kids. If you want to stay busy with the kiddos and meet new friends, then come join us! We are a friendly group of women who would love to have you and your children.
Come join in the fun!
Nitty Gritty Details:
The kids in our group currently range from newborn to four years old, we welcome kids of any age. Moms from any area are welcome to join, however, most of our events will take place in Menifee and surrounding areas. Our group focuses on meaningful, long-lasting friendships with one another. Please do not join if you are not interested in getting to know the other moms well or if you are too busy to attend our events. The more events you participate in, the easier it will be to make friends for you and for your children.
Becoming a Member:
In order to become a member of this group you would simply need to meet us at a playdate. I realize it can sometimes be pretty intimidating to meet a bunch of strangers, but I can assure you our group has great mommies in it. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. We are looking forward to making new friends just as much as you are.
If you are interested in joining our group and making friends please click the "Join Us" button on our website. We ask that you tell us a little about yourself and your kid(s), and please use your real name when requesting to join. We understand wanting privacy but it is very hard to try to find people at a public playdate based on a small profile image alone, its even more difficult asking strangers if they are "kittylover4" instead of a real name. Anyone that does not use at least their real first name will be denied until they can provide one, sorry. Once your information has been received I will email you with our upcoming playdates. Please respond back and let me know which playdate you would like to attend. Please do not click the "join us" button if your schedule does not permit you to attend an event within the next two weeks. If after meeting us you feel that our group would not be a good match for you please let me know that you are no longer interested. We have never had this happen, but just in case you feel this way please be honest.
There is a membership fee of $20 per year, which goes towards running our website and additional expenses such as crafts and holiday party supplies. Once you are an approved member your membership fee will be due within your 14 day trial period. Dues may be made online through meetup.com or to a group organizer (Vanessa or Michele) by cash or check.
As a courtesy to our members we ask that you keep your RSVP status up-to-date. Sometimes things happen and you can no longer attend an event, that is ok, but please let us know. You can either change your status on our website or call or text another member who would be attending that playdate to let them know you won't be attending. Please do not RSVP yes to an event and no-show. Lastly, any member that has been MIA for awhile will be removed from our group. Since this groups focus is to create lasting friendships participation is required. It is ok if you are not able to attend events for awhile, but please let us know. If you do not I will assume you are not interested in our group and remove you as a member. We will also max out at 50 members.
Any member is welcome to schedule an event with our group. Simply click on Suggest a Meetup to get started.
If this sounds great to you please click the "Join Us" button. We would love to have you be part of our group.

OC Girlfriend Circles
Are You Interested In:
• Making meaningful friendships?
• Learning new skills to improve the friendships you have?
• Meeting women who share your desire for healthy friendships?
• Making real connections with women who are also looking for the same?
We are looking for:
• Women of all ages (21 to 101), in all stages of life who are seeking to find, create and build friendships.
• Women who want to improve their friendship skills.
• Women who are willing to be responsible for their behaviors and be respectful of others.
Who we are:
Our group was founded in August 2014. We are a Women's Friendship group based on the concepts and principles in 2 books by Shasta Nelson.
In "Friendships Don't Just Happen" we learn about the 5 Types or Circles of Friendships that we have in our lives and how to strengthen those circles so that we have friends in all areas of our life.
In "Frientimacy" we learn that there are 3 requirements to every friendship: Consistency, Positivity and Vulnerability. The book goes into depth about each of these, how to develop them, and how to know which might be missing in your friendships.
We use these teachings by requiring consistency and commitment from our members. You can't get to know people deep enough to develop and strengthen your friendship if you don't see them regularly. Statistics tell us that it takes 7 interactions with one person to really start building friendship. We keep our group numbers small, less than 50, to help improve the chances that you'll see the same people over and over again.
We are NOT just about the fun events or finding someone to do something with you. We are very focused on our connections and for this reason there is always a time for connecting at every event. This is the crucial component of our activities. I understand that finding events you enjoy is important and we all LOVE to do fun stuff while creating memories and strengthening our bond but if the fun event is all you're looking for we aren't the right fit for you, there are LOTS of other Meetups for that.
We are open, warm and friendly.
My Southern upbringing tends to shine through and I will go out of my way to make you feel welcome and included as will the rest of the group members.

• We try to keep our membership roster up-to-date and current. As you can tell, we are not about the number of members but more about active, involved and committed members. If you are not actively pursuing attendance at events, you may be removed.
• Please keep lines of communication with the organizer(s) open and timely. Please make sure the organizer(s) know the best method of reaching you.
• If payment is required for an event, the member is responsible for any fees that may be associated with making online payments and unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable.
• No marketing or self-promoting of professional services of any kind

Singles Over 60 Having Fun
The time for Single people over 60 in the North County to meet for dinner, a movie, play, picnic or special event is almost back. I am starting this Meetup because several groups like this have disappeared in the past year. I do hope, however, that some of you who join might be willing to be co-organizers and assist in planning events.
Travel Together for Women
Group for women who enjoy travel and are looking for other like minded women to travel with. From cruising options like river cruises, intimate ships like WindStar, Expedition cruises to Galapagos Islands, Antarctica and more, ocean cruise sailings to land tours and all inclusives, there will surely be something of interest that you will want to participate in.
