Explore Mindfulness Together: Open Donation-Based Sessions
Join us for open mindfulness sessions designed to support your journey toward greater awareness, calm, and compassion. These donation-based gatherings welcome everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners—to explore a variety of themes relevant to everyday life, including stress, compassion and kindness, letting go, distraction, and more.
What to Expect:
- Regular sessions where we practice guided meditations, gentle mindful movement, and reflective discussions.
- The opportunity to dive into different mindfulness themes each time, cultivating insights and skills to bring mindfulness into your daily life.
- A warm, supportive community space for sharing experiences and learning together.
Who Can Join?
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level. Whether you want to reduce stress, deepen your practice, or simply explore mindfulness in a flexible and approachable way, these sessions are for you.

- Sessions are donation-based and open to all.

These monthly mindfulness sessions offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate greater awareness in a supportive group setting. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have an existing practice, each session provides simple yet powerful tools to bring more clarity, presence, and ease into your daily life.

Join this 5-day online mindfulness series designed for remote professionals who want to reduce stress, improve focus, and find balance in the middle of a busy week.
Each day, we’ll meet for 45 minutes of guided mindfulness practice, short reflection, and simple tools to carry presence into your work life.🗓️ Dates: Monday to Friday, 01 - 05 December 2025
