3rd Year Anniversary Banquet

Hi Everyone! Can you believe its has been 3 whole years since this group was created!?! There have been so many events and we have made so many new friends.
To celebrate this milestone, like we do every year, I wanted to put together another banquet. Imagine a wedding reception, just without the wedding.
The dress code is Semi Formal/Festive Attire, so if you were looking for an excuse to dress up, this is it!
If you come to one event a year, make it this event!
This will be at the Olympic Center in Downtown Olympia.
There will be:
- Catered food
- Open bar
- Dance Floor
- 50/50 Raffle
- Photo Booth
- Silent Auction
- Many friends that you have met over the last 3 years.
Please RSPV early so I can buy enough food and alcohol. We have upgraded our room size so our cap is now at 200! Invite your friends who need to get out of the house or those who just love to get dressed up!
50/50 raffle. Tickets cost 1$ each and you can buy as many as you like. At the end of the night I will pull one ticket and that person will win half of the total amount spent on tickets by everyone. The other half will go towards offsetting the cost of the event.
For the first time we will also be holding a silent auction during the event as well. All proceeds of the silent auction will go toward the event and the meetup yearly cost. The items for the silent auction will be acquired via donation. If you would like to donate a new item or gift card valued at at least 20$, please reach out to Eric.
Lastly, in order to pay for this event I have created a go fund me. The recommend donation is 25$ a person, but any amount gets you in the door. A donation to the Silent auction also gets you an entry ticket. Cash and Venmo also work, but will be taken day of.
