I’d love to hear what topics you'd like support with in the future! We'll explore coping skills and cover issues like depression, anxiety, anger, body image, grief, loneliness, and more!!
While I’m not a therapist, I’m a peer support specialist and will be sharing what I’ve learned through personal experience and tools from DBT, CBT, ACT, and other therapies. Additionally, I can support you with navigating mental health treatment and accessing resources. I cant wait to see you at the group!
