Dear old and new friends,
For those who have joined our last Moving Meditation Event, you must love the wonderful feeling of immersing yourself in nature! Since this is the best season of the year, and people have been so happy with the perfect weather in our last event, we decided to add one more outdoor event : )
We want to cordially invite you to another meditative practice in a beautiful outdoor environment. Please come and join our "Take a Mindful Step: A Walking Meditation in the Forest" Meetup event at the Woodside National Historical Site.
Everyday, we walk to places where we want to go; we rush to bus-stop, school, work places, but we seldom aware that we are walking on the most sacred place - our mother earth. In this Walking Meditation session, we invite you to take each mindful breath and each mindful step slowly, gently, and respectfully. Every step will bring you to the here and the now; every step will be grounding, nourishing, joyful and peaceful.
After this event, we will all enjoy a nice cup of tea. So please bring your own mug. Looking forward to seeing you all!
If it rain on the event day, we will hold a nice meditation session in under the nice rain shelter. So we will see you rain or shrine!
