We've been organizing many well-loved mindfulness-based art and nature focus activities for enhancing the community mental and spiritual wellbeing. Besides learning those fun and useful skills, do you want to go deeper and be open to learn more How Buddha Dharma can inspire you to live a more joyful and peaceful life?
We cordially invite you to join our Four Dharma Sharing Sessions, each with a particular topic related to our wellbeing:
Nov 8: Transcending Suffering: Finding Happiness
Nov 22: Cause-Condition: Positive life attitudes
Dec 13: Understanding Temporality: Living with Hope
Dec 27: Believing in Coexistence: Compassion Arises
What make this event extra special is that it will be led by a Buddhist Nun from Fo Guang Shan Temple of Toronto and a experienced psychotherapist Stephanie Hong.
It will be a very respectful, causal, and safe environment. We will be happy to offer you free tea and simple snack. Sit back, relax, and join our causal conversation. Be ready to share, inspired, be inspired, connect and make friends!
