Hello, my name is Katherine. I am a clinical hypnotherapist located in Canada. I wanted to create my own MeetUp group for many years. I am not affiliated with the previous organizers in any way and haven't attended any of their previous workshops. My mission is to help people overcome challenges in their daily life by using the tools backed by neuroscience available to all of us. We can use our mind to reshape our beliefs and subconscious patterns in order to gain better emotional regulation and transform our limitations into our biggest power.
I'm excited to be taking over the leadership of this community and bringing a new dimension to our gatherings. I know many of you are already deeply committed to self-development and changing your lives for the better and I'm honored to join you on this journey.

Through my years of exploring traditional therapy, spiritual practices, and various healing modalities, I made a profound discovery: the power of the subconscious mind combined with neuroscience holds the key to transformation. And the best part? This knowledge is available to all of us. I'm bringing this perspective to our community because I believe understanding how change happens can accelerate the transformation you're already working toward.
