I understand. I went through 10 years of schizophrenia before I decided that I wanted to heal and become whole. And then another 10 years trying to figure out what practices worked and what didn't.
A lot of people told me things that they thought would help me, though proved to be ineffective in actually creating that deep healing.
And if you don't know what works, you have to go through the path of trial and error. You have to spend time and energy trying out all these different practices to see what works.
In this free zoom event, I'll show you the specific practices that I have used to heal myself of schizophrenia and schizo-affective disorder.
These practices are based around the three aspects of who we are:
Body, Mind and Spirit.
Working with each of these three aspects will give you a way to heal on the three fundamental parts of your being.
Through diet and exercise, sleep and emotional healing for the body.
To being able to utilise the mind, to change it and make it work for you.
To understanding what is truly going on for you on a spiritual level in terms of your illness.
These three levels of healing can combine to create a state of wholeness and purposefulness, giving you access to the life you truly desire.
And these changes can be made easily, when you understand the way that the Body, Mind and Spirit adjusts to changes that help to heal mental illness.
