How To Succesfully Heal Mental Illness With The Body

Details

Are you looking for help to heal mental illness, though have no grounded, practical way to move forward?

I understand what it's like to have no measurable way to know what actually works to heal. Of course, you are given medications to help with your symptoms, though this is simply a very small remedy in terms of what you can actually achieve with your healing. When I first started to focus on my body, and to heal my mental illness on that level, I found that there were very certain, concrete steps that everybody can take to help themselves heal.

See, mental illness is a conglomerate of different conditions and life experiences combining into what creates dysfunction in the mind, thus causing psychosis and ongoing mental health problems.

The most beneficial thing you can do to start healing yourself is to take actionable steps towards creating that change within yourself, and on a fundamental, physical level.

But what happens if you don't know what these steps are?

You can either begin finding out for yourself through trial and error, which may take many years to begin making true progress, or you can seek help from people who know what to do.

As I have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, and because I took many, many years to find out what works, by myself, I am able to quickly lead you in the proper direction towards what works to heal mental illness and move towards good health. And as the mind and body are inextricably connected, what you feed the body, feeds the mind.

In this free zoom event I cover all the most grounded, practical steps to creating healing of mental illnesses. We will look at the 5 fundamental steps you can take to begin the path to healing.

These 5 fundamental steps are:

1. Diet - getting your diet and eating habits right is probably one of the most important steps, as many of the foods we eat and buy are full of chemicals that not only affect the body, but also the mind. If you are a sensitive, and have a higher sensitivity to life, eating these highly processed foods will eventually cause a manner of illness, both in mind and body.

2. Exercise - this is something that can directly affect how you feel each day. Going for a walk, doing weights or cardio exercise, is vital to good mental health. And because our mind and body are inextricably connected, the health of our body will affect our thoughts and behaviour, and also our perspective. Finding a routine towards daily exercise is the key here, and the shift you can make is something that must be enjoyable and easy, something we will look at in the event.

3. Emotions - our emotions are held within the body, until they are expressed. Storing repressed emotional energy is also fundamental to mental health. When we repress our emotions, they cause illness in the mind. When we express our emotions, we experience freedom and presence. Emotional healing can be cathartic, and it can help you to integrate the experiences you've had in the past, especially if they have been traumatic. Healing and expressing your emotions is vital to the health of your mind.

4. Supplements - in conjunction with a good diet, you may also want to consider supplementation. Talking to a health professional about the correct supplements you can take is the first step, and we will cover this in the event. Once you have the correct balance of chemicals going in the body, the state of your body and mind will adjust to being in balance.

5. Relationships - our human connections are also vital to mental health. The quality of our human connections is what helps us to live our lives in peace, inspiration, motivation, and belonging. We will look at ways you can find your people, and how to navigate the movement towards finding a community of people that you feel you belong to.

If you have any of these steps covered, you will know that physical healing is incredibly important to mental health. And if you don't have any of these steps covered, we will go through these in the event.

I have used these 5 steps to go from someone who was drug-addicted, continually unwell for many years, and also very confused about what to do to heal. I'd like to present these options for you, so you can be happy, healthy and free, and so you may live a good life.

I look forward to seeing you at the event!
