At Finding Your Way, we gather in a space for women where breath softens, the earth holds us, and the herd reminds us of what we have not lost — only forgotten.
Here, you don’t have to try.
You don’t have to be clear, strong, or put together.
You don’t have to fix anything or carry everything alone.
You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
In the quiet presence of the horses, the nervous system begins to settle.
Shoulders drop.
The breath deepens.
The body remembers how to relax.
We sit in circle together, sharing gentle reflection, silent presence, and the kind of connection that doesn’t require words.
No riding is involved — everything takes place on the ground, in partnership with the horses’ natural awareness and attunement.
