What we’re about
Join a heart-centered circle of women and experience how spending time with horses in nature will allow us to become grounded into our deeper awareness and inner knowing.
Mindfulness can be described as “paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally, to the unfolding of experience moment to moment”. Jon Kabat-Zinn
Meditating with horses is an opportunity to set down your stresses and enter into horse time. Allowing your body and mind to relax as you sit in quiet awareness in the gentle presence of horses. Horses live fully in the moment, attuned to everything around them without judgment. Horses are the embodiment of mindful awareness and being with them can help us enter into our own inner quiet more easily.
Come out and meet the horses and experience what they have to offer you. We look forward to seeing you soon!
