Horse Meditation Circle

Embark on a journey of connection and tranquility this May as you open your heart to the gentle presence of horses at our meditation circle.

Horses, masters of living in the present moment without judgment, guide us to a state of calmness and presence, inviting us to embrace our senses and inner wisdom.

What to expect: All activities occur on the ground; there's no riding involved. Seated in a circle on chairs, we'll share space with two or more horses. The meditation will be self-guided, allowing the horses to freely roam around us. They may choose to offer support or simply hold space, serving as co-facilitators in our journey.
