Intuition Lab
Details
A welcoming space to experiment with intuition, strengthen self-trust, and learn alongside others.
Have you ever had a gut feeling you couldn't explain? Sensed something before you had the words for it? Or wondered whether what you're experiencing is intuition, fear, imagination, or wishful thinking?
Welcome to Intuition Lab—a space for aspiring intuitives to explore, experiment, and practice together in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
You don't need to consider yourself intuitive or have any special experience to join. You just need curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Through guided exercises, paired activities, reflection, and group practice, we'll experiment with different ways of noticing and interpreting intuitive impressions. We'll explore how intuition shows up, how to distinguish it from our assumptions and emotions, and how to build confidence in our own inner awareness.
What we'll practice together:
- Intuitive exercises: Try approachable activities designed to help you notice impressions, feelings, images, and subtle cues.
- Trusting your inner signals: Explore the difference between intuition, anxiety, expectation, and overthinking.
- Practice with others: Participate in paired and group exercises in a respectful, low-pressure setting.
- Reflection and feedback: Share experiences, compare impressions, and learn from one another without judgment.
- Mindfulness and awareness: Develop the ability to slow down, become present, and listen inward.
This is a lab, not a test. There are no grades, no pressure to be right, and no expectation that you have all the answers. We'll approach intuition with curiosity, openness, discernment, and a willingness to learn from experience.
Sharing is always optional, and everyone's boundaries and beliefs will be respected. We won't assume that every impression is accurate; instead, we'll practice noticing, reflecting, and exploring what we experience.
Whether you're just beginning to explore intuition or have been practicing for years, you're welcome here.
Come curious. Try something new. Practice together. Discover what you notice.
