Walk at Kailua - Kawainui Marsh Trail & lunch @ "Pieology" in Kailua

Enjoy the birds and beautiful scenery on this peaceful 3 mile walk. The Kawainui Marsh Trail is considered an easy route (per alltrails) as it's mostly flat and partially paved. It's an out-and-back trail and is 1.5 miles each direction. If it's extremely hot we can

There's no shade, so be sure to bring sunscreen and water. It's early in the day but the sun can be strong this time of year.

There's a (free) parking lot right by the trailhead.
