Details
Note: If you would like to attend this event please be prepared to share, if possible, your choice book recommendation for future book discussions, so you would pick a month that you might lead the discussion of your book choice. The group likes to share different genres and authors with each other. We look forward to all being able to present their favorite book read, or future wish to read ,to the group. Inspiring more future book club meetings, as we rotate turns presenting monthly.
This month's book club choice for November is: "A Is For Alibi", by Sue Grafton, published in 2005. Janine Green has recommended this book.I remember reading this entire series and enjoyed it so much I couldn't wait until the next book was out! I'm excited to reread this series.
This author, Sue Grafton, wrote a series of detective mystery novels called "the alphabet series A-Y". Unfortunately she never finished the "Z" novel before her death.
"A is for Alibi":
This novel is the first book in Sue Grafton's book series, which follows a tough talking former female cop, now private investigator, Kinsey Millhone. Her modest agency is located in Santa Teresa, California. This first novel of the series will hook you and really engage you. It will excite you to want to read more of these mystery thrillers!
We will be meeting in the Canterbury Condominium meeting room, so we will all gather at the entrance of the building before 5:00 pm and then enter the lobby and go up the elevator together. Please do not be late as no one will be available to come down again to the lobby to bring you up if you are late.
