This months book club choice is:

" Homegoing". By Yaa Gyasi
This is an international best seller and award winner.Set in Ghana during the eighteenth century, two half sisters are born into different villages and grow up unaware of each other. One marries an Englishman with a comfortable life, and the other is captured in a raid on her village and is sold into slavery.


For those who would like to come early to get something to eat or drink, meet at 4:15 in the Kayak Cafe with Janine.
OR
You may wait outside (See photo below of lit up tree near the entrance) near the big lighted tree at the circular driveway on Ena Road. A bench is available to sit on while waiting to enter the lobby if you don't wish to get food in the Kayak Cafe.

We will all gather at 5:30 at the Canterbury lobby entrance to enter together to go up the elevator together. Janine will take us to the 7th floor meeting room near the pool.
There are busses that run at the end of Ena Road going many directions, and the street has metered parking on Hobon Lane off Ena Road . Also, there is public parking at Canterbury and cross the street or at the public parking on Hobron Eaton Square.
