Looking for more power in your life? Join the "Finding Your Power" Biofield Tuning (sound healing) event to unveil your inner power through "tuning" the left side of your solar plexus chakra.

In this edition of a monthly group sound healing, we will focus on enabling the power within us to emerge, through the use of sound and tuning forks to adjust the frequencies within our biofield to the left side of the solar plexus chakra.

Through this group Biofield Tuning session, we will address issues with feeling powerless, self-esteem, goal setting and finding a sense of achievement.

This area of the biofield can also be associated with our relationship with our mothers.

Those who are seeking more inner strength, initiative, confidence and the ability to set and meet goals will potentially gain shifts in their energetic system to achieve a greater sense of power and purpose.

Biofield Tuning is a sound healing modality that uses tuning forks to identity stuck points of energy in the energetic field surrounding our bodies and flowing through them, bring these into harmony and restore flow to our energetic systems.

These areas of disharmony in our fields are created due to traumas and difficult experiences that are stored as energetic memories in our biofields. Once they are tuned and resolved, that frozen energy can be restored to flow within our energetic system, bringing greater energy, clarity, health and wellbeing to our bodies and minds.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Visualization of Your Biofield and Desired Empowerment: Using a guided visualization, develop an experiential vision of your biofield that surrounds your body, and the type of empowerment that you want to bring into your life. This will attunes our nervous system to anticipate and welcome in all of the inner and outer inner changes associated with tuning the right side of the root chakra.

Biofield Tuning: Using the sound and vibration produced by tuning forks specifically designed for this purpose, I will “tune” the biofields of those in the group session in line with the left side of our solar plexus chakra.

Q&A and sharing: The evening will end with an opportunity to ask questions about the Biofield Tuning session and to share experiences with each other.

What happens during a group Biofield Tuning session?
The practitioner uses tuning forks to bring coherence to the energetic fields of participants, while they lie on yoga mats. Crystals are placed on an empty massage table to represent the chakra points of the participants, and the practitioner focuses on one or more chakra points for that session.

How will participants feel afterwards? Clients who have a Biofield Tuning session often report experiencing relaxation and release on a physical and psychological level afterwards. It can help to resolve limiting beliefs, create shifts in old patterns and release difficult emotions from the past.
