High spirits, flowing energy, music full of heart. You know you’ve arrived in a happy space when you get to be serenaded by the phenomenal Tim Catching while being guided through a Flow & Yin Vinyasa class.

This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner, from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be given to allow beginning yogis to build a strong foundation and for more advanced yogis to expand their practice and asana expression.
