Hey everyone! One of Helsinki’s leading international student groups (Fine ecosystem) will be having a yoga and sauna evening this Friday free of charge!
and every Friday following will have some type of sports event happening in Helsinki.
The point of these events is to see different parts of Helsinki (especially if you’re new to the city), and if you’re a local, just to start your weekend off the right way with other people who prioritize health and wellness🙂
We encourage everyone, regardless of age or experience to come try us out!

P.s. 😉 All of our events are free for now and our mission is to support the international community in Helsinki with events that aren’t focused around alcohol.
