Join me for a fun hike at the UNESCO rated Nature Garden at The Botanical Garden for a uplifting morning to ignite your senses!
Let's meet at the control station of Botanic Gardens at 8.15am sharp. Will provide a description of my dressing on that day in advance. At the end of the session, we will leave feeling more well connected and physically recharged!
We could then move on to refuel ourselves at Adams Food Centre (optional) just nearby. From Nasi Lemak to Prawn Mee and in-between, they have all earned their household names far and wide through the years!
