Many of us have something we would like to write down about life. But writing something well, writing something compelling, believable, convincing -- that's hard to learn how to do. It requires some understanding of what works and what does not. It requires critique. It requires a circle of friends you can trust. And it requires a regimen which sets for each of a timeframe in which to get something down on paper. In a nutshell, I've just laid out the structure and meaning of our bi-weekly meetings.
