Title: Modernizing QA in the Nordic’s Largest Bank
Abstract: Modernizing QA in the Nordic region’s largest bank required transforming traditional testing practices to meet the demands of a complex, regulated, and legacy-heavy environment. By evolving our test automation framework, integrating CI/CD, and shifting to automation-driven quality, we dramatically reduced test cycle times and improved system reliability. This talk shares how we turned QA into a business enabler — overcoming cultural, technical, and organizational challenges along the way.
