Riikka's presentation
Title: Agile Interaction
Abstract: Ever wonder why you react in certain way in work situations or why you feel anxious around specific people? These reactions at their worst can cause excess load to the workday and contribute towards a burnout.
We all react differently in situations where we can’t predict other peoples’ behaviour. The first step into better communication with others is learning to understand your own behaviour.
My talk is about constant development of communication skills through better understanding of yourself and others.
I will go through my views on communication in a large development program where daily work can include messages, calls, face to face talks and many more communication methods to different roles, different personas, different cultures and so on.
I will offer food for thought on how to navigate that jungle and change your approach in an agile manner when switching from one situation to another.

Title: From Chaos to Clarity: Shift-Left Automation and End-to-End Traceability with Xray and GitlLab
Abstract: In modern DevOps environments, reducing testing time while maintaining quality and compliance is a constant challenge. In this session, we’ll share how we restructured our test automation strategy by introducing a multi-layered, shift-left approach — enabling faster feedback and improved collaboration across teams.

A key part of our transformation was achieving full end-to-end test traceability by integrating Xray and GitLab CI/CD pipelines using Xray's REST APIs. This integration allowed us to automate test evidence collection, execution mapping, and requirement coverage — significantly reducing manual documentation effort and streamlining our release process.
