Vilma's presentation
Title: A peek into my facilitation and visualization toybox
Abstract: My visual thinking playground grew so big that Miro eventually refused to load it quickly. So I figured it might be time to share some of it.

I’ll open up my visual playground and share the tricks, experiments and messy things I’ve collected along the way.

We’ll explore how visual thinking and curiosity can help us make sense of complex systems, build shared understanding and spark new thinking.

Jamina's presentation
Title: From Invisible Work to Visible Impact
Abstract: I found my way into testing by accident and initially focused on execution: automating tests, finding issues and getting things done.

Over time, I learned that creating impact as a quality professional requires more than doing good work. It means connecting quality to risk, customer impact, business decisions and shared ownership.

This talk follows the turning points that changed how I communicate, influence and make my work visible. From mentoring and community work to international speaking and being named Finland’s Tester of the Year 2025, I share the practical lessons that helped me move from invisible work to visible impact.

Warmly welcoming you all to this autumn semester kick-off,
Brgds FTMG organizers;
Nina, Szilard, Jani, Jamina and Mikko
