Vesak is a time to commemorate the birth of the Buddha, a sacred occasion that embodies wisdom, compassion, and peace. It is also an opportunity for the community to gather at the monastery, reconnect, share joy, and nurture spiritual life in a serene environment.

🌸 We warmly invite you to spend a peaceful day at the monastery, take part in traditional ceremonies, enjoy vegan cuisine, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Buddhist culture. We look forward to welcoming Buddhist practitioners and international friends to join the Vesak Celebration at Lien Tam Monastery.

🚌 For those traveling from outside Turku, free bus transportation will be arranged from several major cities.
