Research shows that inclusive teams make better business decisions up to 87% of the time, while companies with low rates of both gender and racial diversity are 29% more likely to make less money.
While the case for gender equality may be clear, we still have a long way to go to get there.
63% of women in Fintech believe their gender impacted how they are perceived professionally, and less than a third (31%) of women feel able to access debt funding, compared to 44% of men.
This event will explore how Fintech can do more to champion gender equality, both within itself as an industry and by doing more to empower female customers, business owners and leaders.
