You can submit a paper/extended abstract of the proposed topics at Contribution register COST Position Paper Mitigating Risks (Contribution register). The deadline is the 13th April. It is possible to submit and subsequently have a paper published in the proceedings of the 5th International Conference on Recent Trends and Applications in Computer Science (RTA-CSIT), which is scheduled to take place on the same dates.
