What to Expect:
This is a guided Nordic-style sauna & cold plunge social session hosted by Fiorst at Philadelphia Swim Club in Conshohocken.

You don’t need prior experience with sauna or cold exposure. We’ll walk you through everything:

1\. Check\-in & welcome \(5–10 min\)
2\. Intro & safety overview: how to alternate heat and cold\, how to listen to your body
3\. First sauna round in the cedar\, wood\-fired sauna
4\. Cold plunge option & river access for a refreshing dip
5\. Additional heat/cold rounds at your own pace
6\. Closing wind\-down & Q&A

The vibe: calm, social, and respectful. You can talk, laugh, and connect with others, but this isn’t a party scene. No alcohol or substances.

Health note: If you have any heart, circulatory, or serious medical conditions, are pregnant, or are unsure if sauna/cold exposure is right for you, talk to your healthcare provider before attending.

What to Bring
Please bring:
Two towels
1 for sitting on in the sauna
1 for drying off
Something to hydrate (water or electrolyte drink)
No glassware
Sandals / flip-flops for moving between sauna and plunge
No shoes inside the sauna
Swimwear to use in the sauna and plunge
Warm, comfy layers for before/after your session (hoodie, jacket, hat, etc.)
