Level I Reiki Training

The Shoden: Level I Reiki Training is a comprehensive two-day course designed to introduce you to the foundational teachings of the Usui Reiki Healing System. This training is perfect for those looking to deepen their spiritual practice, learn powerful self-healing techniques, and experience the transformative benefits of Reiki energy.

What You’ll Learn: By the end of this training, you’ll have a solid understanding of Reiki and how to channel this energy for self-care and informal healing of others. You’ll also receive a Shoden: Level I Reiki Practitioner certificate, issued by Fire and Spirit, and be eligible to progress to the next stage of your Reiki journey with the Okuden: Level II Reiki Training.

Mentorship Option: For deeper support and guidance, we offer a mentorship program that’s highly recommended for students navigating the early stages of their Reiki practice. This personalized mentorship is available exclusively to Level I students and can be added during registration or at any time before the final day of your training.

Reiki Session Recommendation: If you’re new to Reiki or haven’t yet experienced a session with a Fire and Spirit certified practitioner, we encourage you to schedule a Reiki treatment with Ana before registering for the training. This will provide a helpful foundation for your learning experience.
