Wild Women Walk - Flower Moon (free)

Join Licia, naturalist and educator from Firecraft Northwest, on this full moon walk for women. May’s full moon is known, among other names, as the Flower Moon as we start to see many blossoms along the trails.
This location is particularly great for wildflowers as it’s situated on the now rare garry oak prairie. We’ll spend the evening doing a slow walk admiring the flowers, rising moon, and new friends!

Location and accessibility notes:

• There is one slightly sketchy bathroom at the trailhead (not regularly serviced/cleaned); advice/support for leave no trace nature peeing is available :)

• The trail is flat and we’ll have lots of options to add or shorten length to our walk depending on the group. We’ll likely do about 1.5-2 miles.
• This is a Dept of Fish and Wildlife site, a Discover Pass is required
• There are three entrances; we’ll meet at the Guava St entrance at the Miller-Brewer Homestead Historical Marker
