8 Oct Fungi Foraging in The Forest of Dean! Half Day Mushroom Forage & Cook Up🍄

🔸 Date: Sunday 8th October.
🔸 Time: 08:30 start - lunchtime finish.
🔸 Level: Beginner - absolutely no previous experience needed.
🔸 Dog Friendly: dogs are very welcome!
🔸 Cost: £20 per person.

We're pleased to announce this special mushroom foraging trip to the magical Forest of Dean!

UPDATE: We'll meet at Speech House Woodland carpark but will then drive a couple of minutes further down the road to another spot. Time change to 08:30 to give us time to do this.

Bring lunch and we’ll eat at the end of the foray and cook up some of our mushroom finds for a tasting session in the woods :-)

Note: there's another mushroom forage on Saturday 7th October if you can't make this one.

Rich will be leading this foray and here are some of the highlights:

🔹 A walk through ancient woodland in one of the UKs most biodiverse areas, discovering lots of edible and medicinal fungi, and how to identify them safely.

🔹 Beginner friendly, also good for intermediate level foragers.
