The Katsushika-ku show this year will see 15,000 fireworks being lauched from the Shibamata riverside. I believe it will be the biggest single show in Tokyo for this year.

今年の葛飾花火は１５０００発の規模で、平日開催ながらも東京最大級の花火大会になっています。

Attendees of this meetup will watch from the east side of the Edo River (Matsudo, Chiba) in the wide green space. This area is usually very comfortable in terms of crowding, though we'll have to see on the day. Please note that this is an unofficial area, so there won't be much in the way of lighting and the music/announcements for the show may not be audible. However, the view of the fireworks should be excellent.

このmeetupでは、江戸川の東側（松戸市）にあるパブリックゴルフ場から観覧する予定。普段は人がある程度来るけど、混みあい状態はそんなにひどくならないところです（広さのわりに人手が少なめ）。この場所は正式会場になっていないため、照明や音声・音楽などはほぼないと思うが、花火自体の視野は相当いいはずです。

We will be meeting in the area around Kanamachi Station South Exit Police box, close to Kanamachi Station (JR) and Keisei-Kanamachi Stations at 17:55. We will head towards the viewing point from about 18:00. It'll be a ~30 minute walk.
集合場所は金町駅南口交番周辺で17：55。JR金町駅や京成金町駅に近いです。１８時ぐらいから観覧場所に向かいます。３０程度の歩きと予想されます。

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING　注意事項

• TOILETS - There may be no working toilets nearby the viewing point, though there is one near this meeting spot.
• FOOD/DRINK - There is usually NOTHING AT ALL around the viewing spot. Please get any food/drink prior to coming to the meeting spot. Additionally, there is a Family Mart next to the meeting spot and some vending machines along the way. Please use those as last resorts. Again, there is usually nothing at the viewing spot.
• 「トイレ」　観覧場所内では使えるトイレは全くないと予想されます。しかし、集合場所の周辺にはあるので向かう前に使えます。
• 「飲食」観覧場所周辺には、店や屋台などは普段全くないので、どこかで買ってから集合場所に来ることを推薦します。それができなかったら、集合場所周辺にファミリーマートや自動販売機があるが、ファミリーマートの場合行列が予想されているので、早めに行ってください。繰り返し、観覧場所周辺は特に食べ物を買えるところは普段ありません。
