### What happens at a meeting?
Our meetings follow the proven Toastmasters International program, used by more than 270,000 members in over 140 countries.
During a typical meeting you will experience:
• Prepared Speeches – Members deliver speeches from the Toastmasters learning program
• Impromptu Speaking (Table Topics) – Fun short speaking exercises where anyone can try speaking for 1–2 minutes
• Constructive Feedback – Supportive evaluations that help speakers improve
• Leadership Roles – Members practice facilitation, organization, and leadership
### Visiting as a Guest
Guests are always welcome.
You can simply observe, or if you feel comfortable you may participate in the Table Topics impromptu speaking session — but there is no pressure at all.
Many members attend several meetings as guests before deciding whether to join.
