What do we do?
We get together for relaxed, interactive conversations about buying, owning, renovating, and investing in real estate. Our gatherings include introductions, group discussions, questions, and opportunities to share real-life experiences—the good, the bad, and everything in between!

Topics may include first-time homeownership, credit, affordability, financing, rental properties, renovations, and building an investment portfolio.

This isn't a sales presentation. It's a place to make connections, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and offer encouragement.

Who should join?
Everyone with an interest in real estate is welcome! You don't need to own property or be ready to buy. Whether you're just curious, planning a purchase a year from now, or have years of experience, you have something to contribute.

Dues and fees
There are no group membership dues or event admission fees. Members are responsible for their own food or beverages when we meet at cafés or restaurants.

Group organizers and business affiliations
This group is organized by a licensed mortgage lender. We work in the real estate industry, but this is a community-focused group, not a sales or lead-generation event. There is no obligation to use any organizer's professional services.

Our goal is to create a comfortable environment where members connect, ask questions, share experiences, and help one another grow.
