# About who is behind the name "First Touch BCN A.M." — Diego Aguirre Carmona

I’m Diego Aguirre Carmona, a Chilean living in Barcelona. I’m launching First Touch A.M. BCN with lots of excitement, a little fear, and a big desire to learn. I want to rethink how we approach football—mixed, inclusive, community-first—and how we see Mondays: move early, breathe the sea air, clear your mind, and start the day better.
I speak Spanish/English (and a bit of German). I’m building this on my own, supported by UEFA-licensed coaches, guided by values of respect, clear communication, enjoyment, and error tolerance. If it’s your first time, I’ll be there to welcome you and help you settle in.

What you can expect from me

• A safe, inclusive, zero-ego environment.
• Clear, simple guidance to enjoy and learn.
• AM punctuality and care for details (showers, water, flow).

What I ask from you

• Arrive 10 minutes early, communicate, and care for the community.
