This group is for people interested in learning the basics of fishing and those who have some experience fishing. You will learn how to set up your fishing rod, learn how to tie a hook on the fishing line, how to casting the rod and reeling in the line when you catch a fish. Bring your fishing rod or borrow one of mine.

Come to Calvert Vaux Park and enjoy the morning learning the basics of fishing in saltwater. You will learn how to tie hooks, cast your fishing rod and reel in a fish. Bring your own fishing rod or you may borrow a fishing rod from me if you don't have one.
