About us
FIT: Do you live an active life—brisk walking, strength training, cycling, or other routine physical practice?
BALANCED: Do you appreciate mainstream practices for maintaining internal well-being — time in nature, secular meditation, or just quiet time to recharge — the ‘inner gym’ instead of anything mystical?
CONNECTED: Do you enjoy low‑key gatherings where everyone has space to speak—not situations where a few people dominate the table?
WHAT WE DO: We meet for small‑group dinner discussions focused on interesting articles or short videos on living well—physically, mentally, and socially.
Each event introduces a topic useful in daily life, while connecting to other grounded, health‑oriented attendees. We’re interested in what works—health, friends, art, music, nature, culture, and the threads that tie them together.
Whatever the topic, we support authentic connection, not performance, venting or debate.
WHAT WE HAVE IN COMMON: We strive to bring together people whose interests overlap. They might be on a hiking trail, finishing a workout, absorbed in a book, in a mindfulness class, or listening to Bach. Whatever the setting, they tend to ‘get’ each other.
It's a small niche. But once there’s a core of members who fit that niche, we’ll schedule the first event: a local restaurant with an interesting topic that lets conversation flow easily.
Membership is by request so we can build a community of people with compatible interests and values. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d be glad to hear from you.
