In the end of 2022, I discovered Jessie Inchauspe, a biochemist also known as ```the glucose goddes``` (IG glucosegoddess). I read her book and learned so much about food, the body, ageing and glucose spikes. While I did not have any particular problem with glucose regulation, she had very easy to implement hacks in her book. And after all, my grandpa died from diabetes. So, I decided to try some of the hacks. And I started to feel less tired and more energetic and most amazingly, I could control food cravings. Something that seemed impossible to me before. ```I was hooked``` and ever since I am a longevity nerd. Many assumptions I had about food and health had to be thrown over board and by reading books and listening to countless podcast episodes, I learned how to live a more active, fit and happy life.
With the ๐ณ๐ถ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ต, I aim to build a health-conscious community, offer a local organic brunch experience and a learning environment.
