Join us for our 10th annual Outdoor Bootcamp with Fit4Life Movement! This group fitness event is perfect for anyone looking to get in shape, have fun outdoors, and connect with other health and fitness enthusiasts. Our sessions are high-energy, motivational, and designed to challenge you to reach your fitness goals. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, our supportive community will help you stay motivated and inspired. Here's what you can expect to learn from our 10th annual bootcamp on Saturdays mornings at 8:00am-9:30am:

Expert Training Techniques
This is a 5-week series that features calisthenics, conditioning, muscular endurance and high intensity interval training.

Fun
This is an opportunity for busy adults to feel like big kids. This is your time to disconnect from the world and simply have fun in the great outdoors and get a great workout too!

Location‑Driven Workouts
We use wooden areas of White Stadium and Franklin Park that consist of hills, fields, and natural obstacles in the great outdoors to create dynamic workouts. Your body will stay challenged and boredom never creeps in!

Strong Community & Accountability
Meetup with like-minded fitness enthusiasts and enjoy a welcoming, supportive vibe. This is a great way to meet someone new who's into fitness too!
