Join us for the Fit4Life Movement's 10th Annual Outdoor Bootcamp! Get ready for a morning filled with fitness, wellness, and making new friends. This 5-week series is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals while having a blast in the great outdoors. Whether you are looking to lose weight, meet someone new or have a fun workout, this event is perfect for everyone! Here are the details of this event and what can you learn from Bootcamp:
Time: 8:00am-9:30am

What you'll learn:
Expert Training Techniques
This is a 5-week series that features calisthenics, conditioning, muscular endurance and high intensity interval training.
Fun
This is an opportunity for busy adults to feel like big kids. This is your time to disconnect from the world and simply have fun in the great outdoors and get a great workout too!
Location‑Driven Workouts
We use wooden areas of White Stadium and Franklin Park that consist of hills, fields, and natural obstacles in the great outdoors to create dynamic workouts. Your body will stay challenged and boredom never creeps in!
Strong Community & Accountability
Meetup with like-minded fitness enthusiasts and enjoy a welcoming, supportive vibe. This is a great way to meet someone new who's into fitness too!
