Honor your beloved dead and ancestors with a shared meal held in ritual silence. A Silent Supper is a reverent, reflective gathering where we eat together quietly, set a place for the unseen guests, and remember those who have crossed the veil.
## What to Expect
- 6:45–6:55 PM Doors open, altar setup, and seating (quiet voices please)
- 7:00 PM Brief opening and intention setting
- 7:05–7:50 PM Potluck meal in complete silence
- 7:50–8:10 PM Candle-lighting and optional reading of names
- 8:10–8:20 PM Closing & gratitude
- 8:20–8:40 PM Quiet cleanup and gentle transition (soft conversation after the ritual is released)
## Potluck Guidelines
- Bring a ready-to-serve dish that honors your heritage, a loved one, or seasonal foods.
- Label ingredients and common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.) and bring a serving utensil.
- No alcohol, please. Water and tea provided.
## What to Bring (optional but welcome)
- A photo or small memento for the communal ancestor altar
- A candle in a safe holder (LED candles welcome)
- A written list of names you wish to honor
- A journal and pen for reflections
- Wear dark/neutral attire if you like; comfort comes first.
## Ritual Etiquette
- Phones silenced; no photos or recording during the ritual.
- We maintain complete silence from the moment we are seated until the closing.
- If you need to step out, please do so quietly.

All paths and levels of experience are welcome. This is a grief-sensitive space—come as you are.
