What's your plan if you encounter engine problems on takeoff or during cruise (i.e., partial power) ?? Both AOPA & Pilots Workshops videos will provide refresher training on off-field landing considerations due to engine problems.

We'll drill a little deeper into engine failure upon takeoff for FIT RWY 32 & 14 and options to consider (e.g., off-field locations as viewed on Goggle Maps) and discuss the return to airfield option (both options demonstrated in the hangar sim).

The training takeaway ?? Develop / fine-tune your pre-takeoff plan for what you'll do if you have an engine problem upon takeoff at KFIT, or elsewhere, or during cruise
