Our main goal is to help you get excited about physical activity!
There's a lot of information out there telling us exercise has to be hard and uncomfortable...no pain, no gain, right?
But that's not always the case! We believe taking care of yourself and moving your body can be a fun and exciting experience that gives you the confidence to tackle all sorts of other crazy things in life!
Our past events have ranged from hikes to outdoor boot camps to educational workshops to kayaking and more.
All ages, levels and bodies are welcome in our fun and nonintimidating events.
If you've wanted to meet like-minded people and try new activities in a safe and fun environment, this is the group for you!
