We will focus on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) training. All workouts are designed to be accessible and adaptable to all levels. No equipment or previous experience required.

Meet by the pull-up bars on the playground. The closest MRT exit is Exit 5.

Rain location is the semi-circular courtyard in the MRT station. It is near the basement entrance of Exit 4.
