Free Body Weight HIIT Workout

This is a free body weight HIIT workout session, focusing on various types of workouts - core, functionality, strength and cardio.
We start with warm ups, followed by the HIIT workout and finishing with a nice session of stretching and cooling down.
Remember to bring with you:
• Water
• Mats
• Sweat towels
• Lots of positive energy!
We will start on time. Late comers will have to warm up on their own and catch up to the work out.
