Join us for a park workout for all skill levels. You don't need to bring any equipment, but bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one, but I have a few extra. This will be a one hour fitness class using bodyweight and resistance bands. All exercises can be modified to accommodate all skill levels or any restrictions. Afterwards we'll head across the street to Zymos Brewing for drinks!

We'll meet by the colorful sculpture (in the picture above), then find a good area to workout. See you all there!
