We are raising money for Food Bank of the Rockies with a 5k run/walk and an optional exercise every 1k!

To participate you can donate any amount to Food Bank of the Rockies (I'll have a QR code that you can scan). We are only doing money donations, so don't bring food!

Exercises after each kilometer:
Walking lunges
Banded side steps
Shoulder press
Bent over rows

Any exercise can be modified to accommodate any injuries or restrictions, or any exercise can be skipped.
