What we’re about

Do you know what to do, but just don't do it? Evidence shows that if you have a set time entered into your schedule and/or a workout partner you are FAR MORE likely to exercise and stick to your fitness goals.
This meetup group is just for that purpose! Several times a week I will schedule a Zoom meeting and do a screen share while we do a Yoga or other fitness video together. I will not be teaching it, but we will simply be doing the preselected exercise video together. Best of all it is FREE.
