We’re switching things up and trying something fun and beginner-friendly, roller skating!

Join us for an Intro to Rolla (16+) class where we’ll learn the safety basics, how to get rolling confidently, and how to stop properly. This is perfect if you’ve always wanted to try skating or haven’t skated in years and want to ease back into it in a supportive group setting.

After the class, there’s also 30 minutes of open skate time, so you can keep practicing and have some fun together.
Spots are limited — only 10 spaces available for this class.

Protective gear is free, but please bring a bike or skate helmet if you have one (helmets are also available for rent).

This is part of our Fitness Beyond the Gym series — trying new ways to move, connect, and challenge ourselves outside of traditional workouts.
